Joint Sponsorship Fee Structure

The sponsoring organization will pay a $500.00 processing fee for submission and review of their application. This fee is non-refundable.

Based on the recommendations of the Joint Sponsorship Subcommittee, Yale CME will take into consideration the size of your meeting when charging a flat fee for Jointly Sponsoring your meeting. This new fee structure goes into effect beginning July 1, 2004.

This fee includes staff time to provide the services provided by Yale CME, but does not include direct expenses provided to you such as mailings and evaluation tabulations. These direct expenses will be itemized on your invoice for your review. The fee for jointly sponsoring your meeting is due 60 days post-date of your meeting.
